FXall is a leading multi-dealer Foreign Exchange Trading platform, with over 200 Liquidity Providers and 2,300 Buy-side institutions.

We have commenced building the next generation of the platform, moving to a modern HTML5 GUI hosted in our strategic Workspace Desktop and rebuilding the venue using a microservice based architecture hosted in the cloud.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Development team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will have experience as following;

Role/Job Responsibilities:

You'll work with your agile scrum team to deliver DevOps objectives that help speed up and smoothen the delivery of artefacts to pre-production environment.

The team will own only pre-production responsibilities.

Monitor various parallel environments in daily basis with your team and keep them healthy.

Feedback to development teams on improvements required to achieve monitoring, logging, scalability objectives.

Participate in global team meetings to present the state of the infrastructure, requirements, issues etc

Constantly upgrade tools and technologies

Build pipelines to automate development workflow

We use the following technologies

Gitlab

Jira, Confluence

Docker

Kubernetes

Azure (must have experience in Azure or AWS or equivalent cloud provider)

Terraform & Helm (must have experience)

Artifactory

Shell scripting and Python

Utilise maven and shell scripting knowledge to build docker

Deploy the built docker to pre-production Azure environments using AKS

Help automate and run performance & functional test packs once deployed

Constantly upgrade tools and technologies

Pinning threads to CPUs

Measuring performance of bare metal machines

Measuring network, storage performance
