To execute alternative lending business model for CFS portfolio by initiative marketing strategies to launch alternative lending product into the market while also well complied with related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the business model for each partner base on available information of each partner to enter new/untapped customer segments
• Develop acquisition model for each partnership to maximize the tailored underwriting model to increase penetration in partner's customer base
• Deal with partner in leveraging partner database eq. spending behavior data, membership data, etc to develop business model that serve partners' customers in both acquisition & spending
• Work closely with Risk & Data scientist team to develop underwriting policy & model for specific customer segments to acquire new customers by leveraging partner's database
• Work closely with DI & CI team to develop propensity model for stimulate customer spending based on available spending behavior from partners & CFS.
• Prepare for pre & post model analysis to analyze the area for improvement to calibrate the business & underwriting model to strengthen the accuracy of partnership model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• At least 4 years of working experience in Marketing and Product Development area
• At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Banking
• Good in English and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in computer skill i.e. Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skill and negotiation skill
• Have a good business awareness and be well presented with a professional manner
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative
• Self-motivated and excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Be able to Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
