HappyFarmers is developing a way to sell high-value fresh fruits online direct from farms to consumers (Direct Fruit Online - DFO). We need young generations who have the same belief as do we that Thai farmers can unleash their maximum potentials if they have a proper tool and a right partner.

Happy Durian Project will be a prototype study for the DFO. All Business Development (BD) staffs will have to understand a current situation, forecast a future trend and create a sales and marketing tool for farmers and consumers.

Happy Durian will target high-value durian species in Uttaradit where its reputation has a long and intriguing history over the last decade. We expect our BD interns to explore and analyze possible solutions to ease the complicated marketing issues/logistic issues/transaction issues and so on in which we hope them a good learning journey for the young students.

• Survey needs of farmers and consumers via questionnaire, focus group, and other related means
• Analyze data and propose proper solutions to fix bottlenecks, add value, and create convenience
• Construct an execution plan consisting of business & marketing, sales and transaction, QA/QC, customers relationship, customers engagement, etc.
• Manage social media as a communication tool for the project on Facebook and Instagram
• Assist HappyFarmers permanent staffs of other related tasks

• Minimum qualifications
• Being a sophomore, junior or senior students in business-related faculties
• Able to travel upcountry on the company's expense
• Be a self-motivated person
• Has high responsibility over assigned tasks
