• Manage hospital relationship - engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand unique customer needs & priorities.

• Facilitate collaboration with nurse navigators, discharge planners, case managers, and specialty pharmacy partners to support patient access and therapy continuity.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.

• The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $165,000 to $275,000. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
