Position Level: Officer/ Senior Officer

Employment Type: 1 year fixed-term contract (Renewal)

Reports To: Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or related field, experience in event management within shopping malls will be advantage

• Creative and personable, with strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant demeanor, patience, and quick problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to use a camera.

Job Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Development

• Develop event concepts and formats that align with target audiences and drive traffic to the shopping center.

• Prepare event proposal presentations, execution plans, timelines, and workflows, while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful event delivery.

• Project Management

• Manage project budgets and oversee costs and expenditures to ensure efficient resource utilization.

• Tenant & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with tenants, negotiate effectively with stakeholders, identify potential partners, and build long-term partnerships to support business growth and event success.

• On-Site Operations Management

• Oversee and manage on-site event operations to ensure all activities are executed according to the approved plans and schedules.

• Performance Evaluation & Reporting

• Evaluate event performance, prepare post-event reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future event improvements and development.
