Roles & Responsibility

The admin & accounting officer will provide administrative, and accounting follow up for the company and report to Directors.

• HR follow up, HR matters and prepare staff contract with other administrative duties are required.
• Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
• Arrange & track the candidate interview session due to Director’s request
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree, Business or Finance related fields will get the special consideration
• Strong sense of ownership and high level of accountability
• Able to work multiple activities concurrently and as a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
• Good command of English skill
