Digital Designer is a member of our marketing team, who will drive marketing campaigns by leveraging the power of motion and animation communication. He or she will enjoy seeing the impact of his or her work on the society as G-Able is considered as a performance-driven organization. If he or she is passionate about design, he or she is perfectly fit for coding. • Designs innovative UX web and visual communication that seamlessly interacts with brand, products and users
• Pro-actively enhances and integrates designs and UX in our web platform according to the business direction
• Connects the brand and products to people and represents value-centric thinking and excellence in aesthetic and benefit sensibilities, while simultaneously addresses the design challenges such as usability, marketing, and engineering constraints
• This role will be highly hands-on, pragmatic, super creative, problem solver, and collaborative across multi-discipline colleagues from data scientist, marketing, brand, and engineering activities

• Bachelor or Master's degree in User Interaction Design, Art, Engineer or related field
• 3+ years direct experience in website design/ UX development
• Strong knowledge of Human Focus Design, Human Psychology, and Design Thinking process
• Experience in designing for data-driven culture companies
• Has a sense of practical engineering and understands ongoing business priorities
• Ability to deal with a dynamic team and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams with the right jargons and metrics
• Good English communication skills
