Job Description

  • Data & AI Governance Framework and Policy Management
    Maintain governance documents, policies, standards, procedures, inventories, approval records, and meeting actions.

  • Data and AI Inventory Management
    Maintain inventories of critical data, datasets, reports, AI models, AI use cases, data owners, and system owners.

  • Data and AI Risk Management
    Support risk assessments, record identified risks, maintain action plans, and follow up with assigned owners.

  • Data Quality and Lifecycle Governance
    Monitor data-quality issues, ownership, classification, retention, access, lineage, and issue-remediation status.

  • Responsible AI and Model Governance
    Collect AI assessment information and maintain evidence relating to intended use, data sources, testing, approval, and monitoring.

  • Compliance and Control Monitoring
    Collect evidence, perform control checks, document gaps, and track corrective actions against policies and applicable requirements.

  • Issue, Incident and Exception Management
    Maintain records of data incidents, AI incidents, policy exceptions, findings, owners, due dates, and closure evidence.

  • Reporting and Continuous Improvement
    Prepare operational dashboards and reports covering inventory, assessments, issues, incidents, exceptions, and overdue actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data governance, IT governance, risk management, compliance, internal control, data management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of data governance principles, data quality, data classification, data privacy, and data lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk management is an advantage.
  • Experience in maintaining governance documentation, tracking issues and corrective actions, coordinating assessments, and preparing management reports.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
