Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities and be involved in servicing new and existing accounts
• Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
• Develop new business opportunities within a given set of accounts or territories to meet the sales and revenue targets in a given year
• Generate sales & marketing reports and forecasts to assist management in business planning
• Conduct cold calls on potential clients to market CNCDATA's services and solutions
• Involved in planning and preparation of sales presentations
• Respond to customers' requests/issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Provide customer support and manage clients' expectations in liaison with our Project Management Team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, preferably with 2 - 4 years' sales & marketing experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and an ability and desire to work directly with clients
• Candidates must possess good analytical, negotiation, business writing and strong presentation skills
• Must work well independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with prior working experience in Database Marketing, Advertising, and Publishing have an added advantage
• Strong competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
