Responsibilities:
Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion Oversee daily telesales progress updates and reports Collaborate with the digital marketing team and telesales management to optimize lead management Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales Develop effective telesales methods and strategies Others assigned by direct report
