Application Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing user administrative tasks.
- Working of basic SQL inquiry & basic network know-how
- Working of basis knowledge web-based application
- To proceed daily operation in the area of web-based applications
- Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business requirements.
- To proceed appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to
- support and maintain the web-based applications, and to investigate and resolve IT application-related incidents.
- Performing analysis of root causes.
- Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
- Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
- Co-working with business analysis for current operation incidents summarize and supervise operation support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male, 23-30 years of age
- Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Sciences or any related fields
- At least 2-5 years experience in Application Support, IT Service & Support or any related fields
- Able to communicate in English.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maturity to work on time, co-working with team.
- Has skill or experience of investigating incidents by tracking from coding such as java script, SQL statement.
- Has skill or experience of investigating incidents related with data in database by SQL inquiry
- Has skill or experience of investigating incident related with batch processes
- Has problem solving skill
- Has basic skill of Microsoft Excel, text files, browser, email usage
Contract: 1 Year (Probation 4 month)
Location: On-site to CP-Tower / Work from home
