- Arrange meetings for the managing director and the managers
- Phone follow up calls
- Hotel check in and check out
- Scooter rental customer service
- Database updates
- Daily tasks
- Coordination between our foreigner managers and thaï freelance staff
- Animation of events
- Admin and legal
Qualifications
- Professional language skills in English and Thai
- Flexible and organized person
- Experience in an international environment
- Friendly and customer oriented personality
- Can drive a scooter in Bangkok
- Can commit for the long term
- No degree needed
