The Feature Owner (Mobile Banking)
atBangkok Bank Pcl (BBL)Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for final decisions on Feature functionality.
- Maintain and refine Feature backlog.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assess business value and prioritize all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that align with strategy. - Ensure stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the Scrum team; work with team to clarify stories as necessary.
- Understand and support inter-team dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary with Agile team, set and communicate release date and scope.
- Attend team events (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review), work with team members to ensure Features are working in production (potentially – depends on DevOps model).
Skills and experiences:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners, use analysis to prioritize business value.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies/tools and experience writing user stories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science, or business-related field.
- 5+ years experience in a product strategy, requirements intake (e.g. business analyst), SME, process owner or customer facing role.
- At least 3 years experience managing a team, preferred; additional business or technical training may be required.
- Experience with agile development preferred; agile certification a plus.
Working Location: Bangkok Bank Head Office Silom, Bangkok.
