We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures.
Job Description
- Initiate and implement human resource management strategies.
- Work closely with BU Head and other HR teams to initiate and conduct HRD Program.
- Manage talent pool.
- Create activities to maintain work culture.
- Develop and hands-on Knowledge Management System.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years in HRD area, training & development fields
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working Location: Bangkok Bank Head Office: Silom (BTS Silom, Sala Daeng Station)
