วัตถุประสงค์โดยรวมคือเตรียมการและดำเนินการโอนย้ายลูกค้าไปยังระบบปฏิบัติการใหม่ของ Cash Management และ Trade Finance โดยมีเป้าหมายคือสามารถโอนย้ายลูกค้าทั้งหมดได้อย่างราบรื่นภายในระยะเวลา 2 ปี หรืออย่างน้อยโอนย้ายลูกค้าให้ได้มากที่สุดถึงจุดที่หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ (BAU) สามารถมารับไปดำเนินการเองได้และเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการพนักงานชั่วคราวที่มีความสามารถอาจได้รับการพิจารณามาเป็นพนักงานประจำของหน่วยงาน Transaction Banking หรือ หน่วยงานปฏิบัติการอื่นๆเพื่อใช้ประสบการณ์ที่มีในการดูแลลูกค้ารายใหม่ที่คาดว่าจะเติบโตขึ้นในอนาคต
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ศึกษาความแตกต่างระหว่างระบบงานเก่าและระบบงานใหม่
- จัดทำตารางการสอนและอบรมสำหรับลูกค้าแต่ละราย
- จัดอบรมการใช้งานระบบงานใหม่ให้ลูกค้าทั้งแบบห้องเรียน และแบบ Online Conference
- บันทึกข้อมูลความคืบหน้าการอบรมใน Work Flow Tool
คุณสมบัติ
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.00 ขึ้นไป
- บุคลิกภาพดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร น้ำเสียงสุภาพ พูดจาชัดเจน
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง เรียนรู้ได้รวดเร็ว
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำ Presentation ได้ มีประสบการณ์การใช้โปรแกรม TeamViewer จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
- ควรมีประสบการณ์ด้านการสอนและจัดฝึกอบรมมาก่อน
- มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์การทำงานทางด้านธนาคารมาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
