หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายกฎหมาย สำนักงานกฎหมายภายนอก สำนักงานบังคับคดี SAM ส่วนหลักประกัน และหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อติดตามเอกสารหลักประกัน โฉนดที่ดิน ทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้นำชี้ทรัพย์หน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่ประเมินราคา
- รวบรวม จัดเตรียมเอกสารส่งทนายความบังคับคดี และติดตามเร่งรัดให้ทนายความยึดทรัพย์
- ดำเนินการนำเสนอขอ อนุมัติราคาและวิธีการขายทอดตลาด
- รวบรวมสำนวนคดี ติดต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและกรมบังคับคดี เพื่อจัดงานมหกรรมขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์ประกัน
- กำกับดูแลการขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์ให้เป็นไปตามคำสั่งอนุมัติ
- เร่งรัดการขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์ในชั้นบังคับคดี
- ติดตามขอรับเงิน / โฉนดที่ดินที่ได้จากการขายทอดตลาด
- ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของสำนักงานทนายความภายนอก
- สรุปผลการบังคับคดีและผลการขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี คณะนิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุไม่เกิน35 ปี ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- ผู้สมัครชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
