Customer Service Coaching Executive (E-Commerce)
atAsset World Corp PLC- Provide training for registered merchant
- Responsible for development, transforming & Coaching all Merchant skills and process to the new merchant
- Resolve any specific problems and training programs as necessary
- Worked with the relevant team identify learning gaps of the individual and group after the training delivery to ensure knowledge and skill application
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- – 5 years experience in customer service
- Prior operations training experience is preferred
- Able to work outside or upcountry from time to time
- Working knowledge of training software, databases, and tools
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
