Description

Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and education clients, delivering strategic guidance on IT transformation and Apple ecosystem integration. You deeply understand customers IT challenges and are expert at removing technical barriers by demonstrating your deep knowledge of Apple products, solutions and partner capabilities. -Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. You deeply understand our customers’ businesses and ambitions, and help remove technical barriers and friction points, and improve customer readiness for our platform. You are the voice of customers and partners inside of Apple. -Deliver technical presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concept engagements to diverse audiences including IT leaders, decision-makers, and end users. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, support, and channel and solution partners, to align solutions with customer success. You share status, progress and facilitate sales activity across the partner and Apple sales teams. -Build and execute action plans that empower our partners to grow their Apple business. You build new best practices and share them with partners and with Apple. Through working closely with our reseller’s technical teams, you capture their hearts and minds for Apple. You regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of the partnership. -Deliver the partner technical enablement strategy using sales and technical programs, engaging in pre-sales readiness initiatives, joint field activities and sharing best practices. Support large-scale deployments using Apple MDM frameworks and third-party UEM platforms. -Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices to proactively advise clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • 10+ years of experience in system engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales roles within enterprise or education segments. Extensive experience in system installation, configuration, and administration across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, UNIX/Linux, and Windows.
  • Deep knowledge of MDM technologies, Apple MDM protocols, and enterprise deployment frameworks. Proven ability to manage large-scale deployments and fleet management.
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, and zero-touch deployment and relevant certifications (e.g., ACSP, JAMF, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of modern networking protocols(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, Wi-Fi, 802.1x).
  • In-depth grasp of enterprise security concepts, including authentication, PKI, and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with directory services: Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace.
  • Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English
