To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet s operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field., Supervisory or team leadership experience., Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards., Good communication and interpersonal skills., Ability to work outdoors and under pressure., Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays., Able to work at the bar and prepare and serve beverages to standard.
