Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and maintenance of high-performance and scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot for Backend and React or Angular for Frontend.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, architect, and deliver new features.
• Optimize applications to achieve maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless application performance.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively introduce relevant innovations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Backend Development (Java Spring Boot) OR Frontend Development (React, Angular)
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (GCP is a plus). Ability to showcase cloud components and their real-world applications.
• Deep knowledge of microservice architecture principles, with experience in Domain Driven Design being an added advantage.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
• Experience with design thinking and providing innovative technical solutions.

• Effective English communication skills for engaging with clients and managing expectations.

• Confident presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and IT management.
