We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Client Strategy & Account Management Lead to drive client success, business growth, and innovative campaign development. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing key accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and developing insights-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic account plans designed to grow client revenue, enhance service delivery, and identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact.


• Oversee cross-functional teams—including sales, creative, media, and research—to ensure alignment and delivery of impactful solutions.


• Lead client meetings, strategic presentations, and negotiations, effectively communicating value propositions and strategic insights.


• Drive insight generation by overseeing market, cultural, and consumer research, translating findings into actionable strategies.


• Guide creative and campaign teams in developing compelling briefs and strategic documents aligned with client objectives.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance post-launch, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and learning insights.


• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving consumer behaviors to inform strategic recommendations.


• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


• 5+ years of progressively senior experience in advertising, marketing, or research, with team management experiences.


• Demonstrated success in managing major accounts and leading multidisciplinary teams.


• Strong strategic planning, consultative selling, and client relationship management skills.


• Deep understanding of market research methods, consumer insights, and data interpretation.


• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Proactive leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.


• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with research tools, social listening platforms, and analytics software.
