We are looking for passionate Back End Developers to join our growing team in Bangkok. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team developing scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and services that power our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs
• Collaborate with front end developers, designers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences
• Integrate with third-party services and internal systems
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Ensure security best practices are implemented in code and infrastructure
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Write and maintain technical documentation

Languages & Frameworks

• JavaScript (Node.js), Python (Django, Flask), Java (Spring Boot), PHP (Laravel), Ruby (Rails), Go, C# (.NET Core)

• API development – REST, GraphQL

Databases

• Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle

• NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB

DevOps & CI/CD

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation

• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

Cloud Platforms

• AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, ECS)

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure

Security

• Authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT)
• Input validation & sanitization
• Encryption and secure API design
• Compliance awareness (GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.)

Testing & Debugging

• Unit testing: Jest, Mocha, JUnit, pytest

• Integration/End-to-end testing
• Performance profiling and debugging tools

Other Tools & Practices

• Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

• Task runners & build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn

• Monitoring & logging: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog

• Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Pub/Sub

Junior Level (1+ year experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in at least one back end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby)
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Senior Level (3+ years experience):

• All of the above, plus:
• Proven experience designing scalable and secure back end systems
• Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions
• Performance tuning and monitoring in production environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
