Payroll Operations Officer
atHumanica PCL.- รับผิดชอบและดูแลงานด้านคีย์เบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาล OPD, กระจายบัตรรับรองสิทธิประกันสังคม, ออกจดหมายส่งตัวให้พนักงาน, กระจายรหัส Pin code ของกองทุนฯ, ดึงข้อมูลแจ้งลาออกจากกองทุนฯ, บันทึกข้อมูลกรณีเบิกเงินช่วยเหลือครอบครัวเสียชีวิต, ดึงข้อมูลทะเบียนลูกจ้างให้ทางลูกค้ากรณีแรงงานร้องขอ, คำนวณค่าล่วงเวลา, คำนวณเงินได้ต่างๆ, คำนวณเงินกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และคำนวณประกันสังคม ให้กับลูกค้ากลุ่มต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- หนุ่มสาวยุคใหม่ ไม่จำกัดเพศและอายุ พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ภายใต้บรรยากาศการทำงานในทีมที่เป็นกันเอง, จบการศึกษาระดับชั้น ปวช. ขึ้นไป, สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน, มีทักษะการพิมพ์ดีดไทยและอังกฤษ, มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี, ชอบพูดคุย, รักงานบริการ, มีความอดทน และ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
