Department Manager – O2O PMO (New Channel & Partnerships)
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)We are looking for a hands-on program leader with strong ownership and a bias for action to own and drive the end-to-end delivery of new O2O channels and partner-related initiatives. This role will mobilize cross-functional teams, remove blockers, drive timely decisions, and ensure successful launch, stabilization and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibility:
Own and drive end-to-end delivery of new O2O channels and partner-related initiatives across platforms such as Grab, LINE MAN, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Translate business direction into clear project scope, workstreams, accountable owners, timelines and measurable success criteria.
Mobilize and align cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal and external partners.
Proactively identify and remove blockers, resolve dependencies and drive timely decisions to keep delivery on track.
Lead partner and channel enablement from business requirements, solution design and API integration through UAT, operational readiness and go-live.
Own launch, stabilization and post-launch improvement until agreed business and service outcomes are achieved.
Drive pilot-to-scale execution by defining MVP scope, rollout roadmap, launch criteria and scale-up requirements.
Monitor delivery and business performance, close execution gaps and provide clear executive updates on risks, recovery actions and decisions required.
