Department Manager - Marketing Campaign (Health, Beauty, Lifestyle)
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)Key Responsibility:
1. Marketing Strategy & Communication
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing campaign strategies.
- Build and own the end-to-end communication plan for new product launches , Value Theme and Category Campaign.
- Define the unique selling proposition (USP), target audience, and key messaging to ensure smooth product launches across all channels.
2. Campaign & Vendor Management
- Partner with vendors to co-plan and launch new products or compelling campaigns.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to create impactful creative assets that align with brand standards.
- Oversee the approval process and secure stakeholder sign-off on creative outputs.
3. AI-Powered Content Generation
- Utilize AI tools for rapid content and creative asset generation, including initial drafts of copy, social media posts, and visual concepts.
- Direct and refine AI-generated outputs to align with brand voice and standards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central liaison with Commercial, Media Planning, and In-store Marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging and a seamless customer experience.
5. Project & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee campaign timelines and manage stakeholders throughout the campaign funnel and phrasing.
6. Market & Post-Launch Analysis
- Monitor market trends and new innovations to integrate into campaign planning.
Analyze post-launch results and capture key learnings to inform future campaigns.
Qualifications:
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: translate consumer and market insights into a solid marketing strategy.
Creative & Communication: Strong skills in crafting and directing compelling brand messages.
Project & Vendor Management: manage end-to-end campaign timelines, budgets, and relationships related team.
Digital Marketing & Campaign AI: understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to leverage AI tools for tasks like content generation, trend analysis and workflow
Data Analysis: use data to analyze campaign performance and extract key learnings for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: work effectively across departments and with external partners to achieve shared goals.
