Admin Officer (AXTRA Happitat)
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)Key Responsibility:
- Manage Happitat team calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the GM when necessary.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials required for mall operations.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals with the GM and relevant departments.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the GM.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail, shopping mall management, or a corporate environment.
- Proficient in MS-Office, expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Great organizational and time management abilities
- Superb communication skills both oral and written – ENG/THAI, collaboration, negotiation, problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities.
- Service-mind and excellent relationship management.
- Systematic and familiar with measurement, tracking and continuous improvement.
- Analysis and presentation skills , strong integrity and industry knowledge, detailed orientated without mistakes.
