HR Transformation Officer

To support the execution of HR transformation initiatives through data analysis, project coordination, and process improvement efforts. The role ensures smooth delivery of HR projects and assists in aligning HR operations with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HR transformation projects and process improvement efforts.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with HR teams to gather feedback and ensure process alignment.
- Support change management and training activities during system or policy rollouts.
- Monitor project milestones and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on HR system implementations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in in strategic HR or transformation roles or change management projects.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, HR systems implementation, or organization development.
- Proven track record in managing HR transformation, change programs, or digital HR initiatives.
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed environment preferred.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 550 is required
