Roles & Responses

Responsible for Implementation of new & expansion system/service for FBB IT & support system
Responsible for operation tasks

• Routine tasks such as monitor statistic/alarm/performance of FBB MAP/SIAM/Web Register/WorkFlow
• Preventative Maintenance task
• Corrective Maintenance task
• Plan & Unplan Activity task
• Oncall tasks

Responsible for Initiative idea generatation in order to improve operation efficiency and also introduce the new service or new system capability
Responsible for Installation/MA Job and order handling of FBSS
Responsible for Data Engineering& Data analysis in order to make use of FBB big data.

Qualifications

Bachelor of higher in Computer Engineering/Telecom Engineer/IT or any related field.
Good understanding of operating system and storage management e.g. Windows, Linux ,Unix and database.
Well Understanding on Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming Language
Detail oriented, Good analytical and interpersonal.
Good command in English and Computer literacy
