Cooperate in developing a system related to compensation to all concerned and to reduce manual payment calculation processJob Description
- Calculate and summarize various project compensation to AIS Partners, as well as result inspection in order to calculate the compensation according to the company's policy.
- Analyze the compensation result for each project to present to supervisors or management. As the result, determine the direction of work and cooperate in developing a system in accordance with the Business Condition in the company as much as possible.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of the various compensation schemes of the AIS Partners on timely basis and present to supervisors or all concerned.
