Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end live streaming projects, from planning, implementation, to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) and external vendors to ensure successful live event execution.
• Monitor system readiness and provide operational support during live streaming events.
• Support satellite transmission and integration as part of live streaming and broadcasting workflows.
• Ensure service quality by identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures.
• Track project progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, workflows, and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvements in live streaming operations, tools, and processes.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members involved in streaming projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Media Technology, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or IT/Media operations, preferably in video streaming, OTT, broadcasting, or satellite transmission.

• Strong knowledge of live streaming technologies, platforms, and workflows.
• Understanding of satellite systems, uplink/downlink processes, and satellite-based video transmission.
• Experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and support live events outside normal business hours when required.
