Job Summary

To develop, coordinate and facilitate with the planning team and other related teams for Mobile Core Network Projects and to handle mobile core network utilization analysis, traffic forecast, and capacity expansion according to the company's strategy

Job Description

Job Descriptions :

• To gather all requirements and prepare RFI/TOR for mobile core network capacity expansion, and system improvement (e.g. software upgrade of platform replacement due to equipment life cycle), and support purchasing process (technical part only)
• To monitor and analyze the core network capacity and traffic, prepare traffic forecasts, and recommends further actions for the network
• To define mobile core network strategy and required budget (in annual budget plan)
• To provide the mobile core network information to other teams for network integration and system readiness purpose

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering or related background
• 8+ years of experience in 3G/4G mobile core network planning or operations, at least 2 years
• Expert areas required in EPC/IMS planning
• Good command of English and Good Human Relationship
