Job Description
- Coordinate daily operations of the Engineering Department
- Track department expenses, including P&L monitoring and reporting
- Prepare, compile, and submit Sustainability and Energy reports
- Maintain and manage all departmental documentation and records
- Cooperate and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and timely maintenance execution
- Assist in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and vendors as required
- Support any additional engineering or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Able to speak and write in Thai fluently
- Basic understanding of departmental P&L tracking and reporting
- Interest or exposure in Sustainability and Energy management
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Flexible with working hours as required by hotel operations
