Get to know the Role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of GrabMart. You will have a chance to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty from time to time while overseeing strategic cross-functional initiatives with close interaction with top management.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation ranging from concept ideation, go-to-market strategy, problems and solutions identification
• Identify initiatives to strengthen business fundamental and growth of GrabMart in order to achieve key success metrics
• Conduct analysis on business and operation performance and transform data into meaningful insights
• Oversee and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure project operations and execution

The Must-Haves

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related fields
• 0-2 years of experience in consulting firm, tech company, or strategy or business development field
• Strong can-do attitude
• Solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving, communication skills (Both Thai and English)
• Proficiency in excel and powerpoint is required. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Initiator: Eager to identify, own, and tackle new opportunities and challenges
• Flexibility, passion, and energy to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while also being able to work independently
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communications, and presentation skills are required
