Business Development (New Project/New Business)
atTPCS PCLResponsibilities:
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities, including the development of new projects (New Project) and new business models (New Business) in the restaurant industry.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations to develop strategic business growth plans.
- Plan and manage new business development projects, from initial research and strategy planning to market testing and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare Business Models, Feasibility Studies, ROI Analysis, and Business Proposals for executive approval.
- Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with business allies and potential investors.
- Monitor project performance, analyze challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Business Management, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Business Development, New Project, or New Business Development within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of restaurant industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in Feasibility Studies, Financial Modeling, Business Pitching, and Business Plan Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Franchise Development or innovative restaurant business expansion is a plus.
