Senior Executive, Performance Marketing
atGrab- Formulate quarter plans, strategies and budgets for performance marketing with local teams across selected verticals
- Deliver user acquisition numbers within targeted performance marketing KPIs such as CAC and conversion rates
- Initiate, own and drive team-wide affiliate/partnership projects collaborating with diverse teams ranging from ad ops, business to tech teams
- Extend the boundaries of performance by engaging in experimental activities and providing roadmaps to both internal teams and external vendors regularly
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics/maths and tech-related majors
- 2 years of experience in tech-driven verticals such as e-commerce & travel
- Passion in capitalizing on unconventional growth opportunities, in a structured and data-driven approach
- Hands-on experience in executing on performance marketing channels (Google, affiliates and more) and a solid understanding of underlying tech building blocks (product feed, automation and more) is critical
- Solid understanding of attribution models and MMPs
- Proficiency in any programming language (e.g. SQL/JS/Python) is highly valued
- Self-starter and an exceptional can-do attitude
