Get to know the Role

We are looking for Fleet Strategy & Commercial role to develop strategy, planning and partnership agreement of Grab EV and fleet partnership projects. We believe a successful candidate can think strategically, has a good foundation in operations, and communicates very well while project management skill is a plus. You will get an opportunity to work with many talented folks in the team.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Develop fleet business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Build Grab EV and fleet partnership project plan, gathering inputs from on-ground and stakeholders to design practical action plans together with business partners and operations team
  • Develop commercial agreements on new/existing projects and negotiate contract terms.
  • Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and external business partners on key initiatives and key performance targets.
  • Working closely with fleet operations team and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to track actual performance against plan, continuous improvement in the scope
  • Conducting market research, developing and presenting recommendations, and generating original ideas to inform strategic business decisions


The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or other related fields
  • 1-3 years working experience in strategy/commercial/account management roles in start-up or dynamic data-driven industry
  • Experience in Management consulting, Strategic planning role in start-up is a plus
  • Computer literacy is required in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel (Essential)/ SQL (Preferred)/ Tableau or Power BI (Preferred)
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
  • Have good communication skills in English and Thai, comfortable to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
  • Ability to construct and deliver clear narrative and working plans.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup culture
