Get to know the Team

Lead the team to strategize, plan, and execute GrabFood co-branding/ partnership campaigns including quality selections with partners of both local and global brands, across all of GrabFood's business. The sub-vertical is split into Drivers, Merchants, and Eaters. You will be accountable for the Merchant market under the food business and will have to work closely with business leads for alignment on marketing planning.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be able to break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics. Importantly, the person should have a passion for food, be interested in the food industry, or keep up with the food trend. Being a foodie would be a great addition to the role.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Lead the team and navigate with stakeholders for merchants/B2B acquisition campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify the merchant ecosystem into meaningful target audiences and develop custom-tailored marketing campaigns to acquire and engage merchants. Test, analyze and scale for the most impactful practices.
  • Able to lead strategic agenda and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Support partner negotiation, partner contracts and adherence to the operating budget of the Marketing Department.
  • Lead, plan and execute creative Go-to-Market initiatives with brand partners.
  • Perform post-mortem in a data-driven manner to justify campaign ROI and share to partners.
  • Oversee development of content and funnel optimization of inbound partnership/merchant leads generation and guide the team further
  • Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently.


The Must-Haves

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing e.g. campaign management, partnership, and brand marketing with exposure on online and offline media.
  • Foodie, passion for food is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising.
  • A charismatic presenter who can sell marketing ideas as the solution to business problems with a creative mindset
  • Ability to negotiate and demonstrate clear logical thinking of what can be beneficial in a partnership to our business
  • Good understanding of co-branding and marketing communications.
  • Able to create and articulate creative briefs and business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing them come to life and learning from them.
  • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines.
