Get to know the Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering go-to-market plans and leading the execution of the GrabRewards and GrabPackage business.
  • The ideal candidate will not only be able to come up with marketing strategies and communication campaigns but is also able to bring the strategies to practice in order to achieve both business and brand metrics.


The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Delivering go-to-market marketing strategy and leading the execution of marketing campaigns and activities to ensure flawless coordination, brand presence, campaign as well as business results.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute GrabRewards and GrabPackage marketing campaigns that are aligned with company-wide objectives, as well as budget management and target tracking.
  • Work end-to-end, closely with Partnerships & Strategy team in crafting and executing marketing campaigns for GrabRewards and also working closely with Demands Planning & Strategy team on executing marketing communication for GrabPakage.
  • Analyze business matrix on weekly basis and find the insight from the data to initiate more marketing initiatives that will impact business objective
  • Understanding both target consumers, competitors and market landscape in order to analyze and define business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and react fast with campaign optimisation.
  • Respond to abrupt changes (including competitors actions, market movements, internal-direction changes, etc.), and quickly come up with a response plan, which will be implemented immediately.
  • Managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Oversee GrabGift communication from regional and localize for local consumers


The Must-Haves

  • 4+ Years experience in marketing. FMCG, Agency, marketing research, business consulting, and loyalty program-related experience is preferred.
  • Business and marketing acumen: ability to develop a strategy based on a strong understanding of key business and consumer needs.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data informing innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with remote working/collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zoom & Slack
