Sales and Education Manager, Origins
atELCA (Thailand) Ltd. - Estee Lauder GroupReporting to Brand General Manager, The Sales and Education Manager is accountable for sales profitable achievement and also successful sales team management. In addition, he/she will focus on Education team to build high performance standard and excellent services execution to maximize Guides productivities through the development of sales and education strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 – 8 years of progressive management experience with an education and/or sales background in retail or cosmetic are preferable
- Strong business acumen with financial analytic ability and people skill management agility
- Strategic thinker, strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead sales and/or education teams to generate consistent results
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Thai
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
