About the role

The Production Scheduler is responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining effective production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with customer requirements. This role works closely with production, procurement, warehouse, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve scheduling challenges.


Your responsibilities

  • Create and update daily/weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure materials and resources are available.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules when issues arise.
  • Track production performance and report schedule variances.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Support continuous improvement to reduce delays and optimize workflow.


The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations (FMCG or similar industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust plans quickly in fast‑paced environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
