About the role
We are seeking an experienced Area Portfolio Manager to join our Global Category Technical team. This role is pivotal in maintaining governance, driving project delivery, and ensuring process improvements across multiple technical sites worldwide. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional activities, standardizing project management systems, and enabling visibility of project progress across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- Support governance processes to ensure effective execution of site Technical Projects across categories.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for the implementation of the annual Supply Technical plan using portfolio management systems.
- Maintain and improve standardized project management systems across global Technical sites.
- Develop and manage a single supply project pipeline per category, visible to stakeholders across Category, Supply, Procurement, R&D, and Regulatory.
- Standardize KPIs and project plans for effective tracking and future strategic planning.
- Create and manage dashboards in MS Power BI to provide visibility of project progress.
- Work proactively with site Technical teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support project execution.
The experience we're looking for
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technology.
- 5–10 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals and FMCG industries.
- Strong project management expertise with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power BI, and MS Projects Online.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance disciplines.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop others, influence without authority, and drive collaborative solutions.
- Knowledge of RB internal NPD/EPD/BCP processes is an advantage.
