Marketing Premium Segment

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and enhance the out-of-store privileges associated with our premium segment credit and debit cards. The ideal candidate will focus on developing exclusive partnerships, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience for our premium cardholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with luxury brands, high-end retailers, exclusive events, and hospitality services to provide premium cardholders with exceptional out-of-store benefits.
- Benefits Management: Develop, manage, and communicate the range of out-of-store privileges, including discounts, rewards, and exclusive access opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote out-of-store privileges and enhance customer awareness and utilization of benefits.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of out-of-store privileges; make recommendations for improvements and new offerings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of out-of-store privileges and initiatives using KPIs and analytics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and external partners to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences to premium cardholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all out-of-store privileges comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership development, marketing, or customer service, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with high-profile partners.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on enhancing user experience.
