ROLE PURPOSE

The APAC Vegetable Seeds Project Portfolio Manager will lead key projects and ensure coordination among APAC Vegetables commercial and transversal functions to enable reliable and efficient operations in delivering the APAC strategy:

• Support the implementation of the strategy, lead and drive all pillars in order to deliver the road map.
• Manage key strategic projects involving cross functional or cross territories work. This includes but not limits to M&A, market expansion, collaboration or business transformation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Manage efficiently APAC Vegetable Seeds delivery programs/projects

• Lead project teams and secure coordination across members and functions
• Develop right KPI, develop dashboard and monitor progress
• Secure delivery of key milestones
• Report to the APAC VSELT progress, identify issue and propose mitigation plan.
• Lead changes and implementation

Lead the APAC Vegetable 5 years strategy

• Based on the current 5 years plan, coach each pillar lead in the delivery of the levels.
• Secure good progress and lead the monthly reporting to the APAC VSELT.
• Each year, organize a review of the progress, brainstorming with the APAV VSELT in order to adjust/review accordingly the strategy/pillars and levers.

Working with the APAC Vegetable Leadership Team :

• Establish a robust tracking and reporting mechanism to monitor APAC VEG project progress in a timely and efficient manner
• Metrics reporting on APAC VEG projects and strategic initiatives
• Lead the strategy and organize brainstorming and workshop on strategy on a yearly basis.

• Solid knowledge of business preferably in seeds
• Understanding of agribusiness
• A strong knowledge of project management, database system and logistics support system
