Role purpose

The Project & Planning Lead will ensure coordination among the APAC seeds development to enable reliable and effective planning and execution in delivering our end-to-end product pipelines across market segments.

• He/she will support the market segment teams to coordinate between demand owners and supply owners and ensure effective delivery of annual and seasonal planned demand according to timeline and budget.
• He/she will ensure transparency on Operational Performance through Dashboards and KPI tracking
• He/she will own project management on the assigned projects within APAC seeds development teams.
• He/she will drive efficiency and productivity in Seeds Development

Accountabilities

• Co-develop annual and seasonal demand plan with demand owner and work with the Operations team on timely and cost-effectively delivery of planned demand within budget and capacity of the operations team.
• Establish a robust tracking and reporting mechanism to monitor Operational progress in a timely and effective manner
• Implement Global projects in APAC, ensuring the projects are delivered according to schedule and budget and aligned with regional needs.
• Align management of projects and initiatives in APAC with global management practices and reporting requirements
• Develop Operational KPI Tracking dashboards for APAC Seeds Development
• Ensure coherence of data in appropriate in reporting tools (for project planning, functional resource demand, budget reporting etc)
• Drive effective collaboration between regional SBI and finance for driving Operational Productivity and Improved WoW.
• Partner with different stakeholders to track and communicate the progress of key strategic projects and Must-Wins for the SD team
• Drive standardization in ways of working throughout APAC
