Product Manager LBO & LSV ASEAN

Accountabilities CU Strategy and Business accountabilities

  • Lead brand planning, post-patent-defense, product lifecycle managaement, and value & portfolio pricing for Hot Pepper and Tomato
  • Lead NPI excellence through leadership and coordination of an NPI team and overall process (where relevant)
  • Contribute as a Key member of the CU Commerical Team (CCT) and Territory Portfolio Leadership team (TPLT), and crop campaign teams, ensuring that operational decisons are aligned to asset strategies and maximize value of assets across crops
  • Lead development of 5-year CU portfolio plan to enable profitable market share growth and gain consensus on priorities and resource plans
  • Develop and monitor market intelligence, bringing customer insight into brand strategies and marketing plans
  • Work with CU Head of Marketing and Territory Asset Heads to reassess key priorities for current year activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Pricing (value, portfolio)

  • Experience in campaign development
  • Working relationship with territory organization and other functions
