Role and Responsibility

• Responsible for E2E process including Sales, COGS, SG&A and Working capital
• Lead the team for all planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and business scenario analysis
• Coordinate and comment the monthly reporting including a clear understanding of Risk and opportunity on PL
• Gather, analyze and prepare financial information for planning and decision making
• Contribute strategic planning and decision making at the management level to develop and implement finance strategy that aligns with organization's business objective
• Coordinate the annual forecasting processes, analyze and challenge the business
• Act as a business partner, support the business and playing a key challenger role to the business

• Ensure that rebate and sales/mkt campaign is under budget and effective

• Drive transparency and consistency in all related financial aspects
• Act as a leader to lead/coach team including building up stronger team

• Business Financial planning cycles
• Business Case Analysis

Critical experience

• Minimum 8 years' experience all facets of accounting and business partnering role in an MNC environment (Audit background is a plus)
• Involvement in business analysis
• Business partnering

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

• Certified Public Accountant, MBA preferred
• Finance analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Good in building relationship
