Real Estate and Facilities - APAC Manager

Join Allianz Partners to manage a multi-country corporate real estate and facilities portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. You will implement global corporate real estate and facilities management standards, ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety policies, oversee regional budgets and service providers, and enable safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplaces—working closely with local facility teams in each country.
What you'll do
Budget and resources
  • Steer local RE/FM budgets; oversee regional spend and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and guide local facility teams; align objectives, SLAs, and KPIs
Team and provider management
  • Lead the regional operating model; oversee external providers (maintenance, reception, cleaning, security, safety)
  • Set service expectations; monitor delivery and drive continuous improvement
Standards and compliance
  • Roll out global CRE FM standards; ensure OHS compliance with People Culture
  • Communicate updates and secure adherence to local regulations across all BUs
Facility operations
  • Manage lifecycle: strategy, provision, occupation, operation, and disposal of owned/leased sites
  • Oversee third‑party services, maintenance regimes, and interface processes; ensure audit readiness
Space and workspace management
  • Manage space allocation/stacking plans; adapt workplaces to business needs
  • Lead relocations and lease renegotiations; manage furniture, room assignments, internal moves, and booking tools
Sustainability and environmental reporting
  • Ensure efficient building systems; track/report energy, water, and waste
Transaction management
  • Run tenders; perform market research; review/execute lease and service contracts
Additional responsibilities
  • Coordinate company car/mobile phone policies and business travel topics
  • Support onsite events and regional coordination for global RE/FM initiatives
Qualifications skills:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional APAC languages are an advantage
  • Degree in business/technical studies focused on real estate, or equivalent experience in RE transactions and facility management
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial real estate/facilities/procurement
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases and service procurement; hands‑on facility management and OHS understanding
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; proactive, structured, and independent
  • Team‑oriented, service‑minded, and solution‑focused; experienced with multinational project teams
  • Willing and able to travel within APAC to sites under management
