Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join our Corporate Strategy team within the Strategy Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will support the full strategy‑to‑execution cycle by developing clear frameworks to evaluate growth opportunities, shaping enterprise-level priorities, and contributing to governance processes that enable progress tracking and effective decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy CoE, you will collaborate closely with the Global Strategic Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams, gaining exposure to high‑impact initiatives across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Frameworks & Growth Opportunity Analysis
- Design and maintain accessible frameworks to evaluate partnership and acquisition opportunities, and prepare materials that support leadership decision‑making.
- Support strategy development for Global Strategic Partnerships and Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), contributing to stakeholder discussions and preparing clear, actionable deliverables.
- Conduct analysis of internal and external information to generate insights on markets, partners, and business opportunities.
- Translate high‑level strategies into practical guidance and well‑structured strategy papers.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives by aligning objectives, scope, and contributions with broader organizational priorities.
Governance, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), & Performance Tracking
- Support governance processes that enable leadership to track strategic outcomes, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other performance indicators.
- Prepare updates and progress reviews, highlighting areas requiring attention to support informed decision‑making.
Relevant Experience:
- Background in strategy, partnerships, consulting, business operations, analytics, or corporate development, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop clear recommendations.
- Experience in technology environments, with knowledge of digital business models; familiarity with the company’s portfolio is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience contributing to cross‑functional initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Interest in learning, proactive approach, and ability to adapt in evolving work environments; experience supporting governance processes or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is beneficial.
This role requires valid and unrestricted work rights in Thailand.
