GM Retail Business is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail shop. He or she will  manage productivity and ensure the team delivers world-class customer service to all customers, monitor cost control and expenses, and provide weekly and monthly reports to the management as well as ultimately accountable for profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, merchandise planning, and business development.  The ideal candidate has a proven success in retail store operations experience, strong supervisory/managerial/leadership skills, commercial mind, and have entrepreneurship. He or she must have a dynamic personality and must be able motivate a team to optimize performance.

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Merchandise-  management day-to-day operations
• Monitors, evaluates, and maximizes customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manages financials and prepares/provides reporting
• Manages inventory Effectively manages team to optimize performance

• QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous store management experience required, including marketing and financial management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Outstanding management/leadership skills 
• Willing to accept full accountability for the operations
