Responsibilities:

Forecasting and planning:

• Analyze and review financial plans versus actual performance on monthly basis or bi-weekly basis.
• Find key trend or key impact to performance in data and analysis the way improvement accordingly.
• Prepare and update actual outcome for monthly presentation for reviewing with management team such as ICS Scrum, HNW Scrum, ICONSIAM Performance for working group, ICONSIAM performance for management level, ICON MC meeting, ICON BOD meeting.
• Monitor business performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts. In particular, operating expenses to provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

Ad hoc Project:

• Collaborate with business development team or other relevant team in developing project level business model and financial analysis, valuation and risk analysis of new projects and perform project lookback analysis on project cost variance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support Business Unit in business planning and controlling and find the optimal ending Return on Investment, break-even analysis and other financial analysis base on requested.
• Analysis the forecast of financial performances and explores the additional funding or investment to match with cash flow.
• Gather and summarize financial data to prepare monthly and weekly status reports.
• Promptly coordinate and facilitate cross-department when issues occurred related to financial performance to ensure smooth flow of data integrity.
• Conduct business studies on past and future for comparative performance to identify trends and forecast models. Also advise recommended actions to a financial manager based on sound analysis.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years' finance and accounting experience in a business or finance environment
• Experiences in planning, budgeting management and cash flow projection
• Retail, commercial and property business background is preferable
• Fluent in English communication
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
• Good interpersonal skill and strong problem solving skills, highly analytical thinking capability
